Independent film from Director Lilo Vilaplana PLANTADAS the cruel history in Cuba

First images of “Plantados”, a film about Cuban political prisoners The script is by Ángel Santiesteban, Ninoska Pérez and Vilaplana himself, who shares direction with his son Camilo. Cuban filmmaker Lilo Vilaplana shared the first images of the film Plantadas, which should premiere during the Miami International Film Festival, to be held in March 2023.

In the film production it is already known that Alina Robert, Claudia Toma, Rachel Vallori, Yuliet Cruz, Ariel Texidó, Daniel Romero, Luis Manuel Álvarez, Lily Rentería, Larisa Vega, Amarilys Núñez, Juanita Baró, Vivian Ruiz and Frank Egusquiza perform. Pay tribute to Cuba’s political prisoners in its fight against communism.
