The native Californian spoke about the adjustments she made to her lifestyle after announcing her engagement in April. “I make every effort to fast till noon” ( with the exception of coffee ). I have a high protein meal or a salad for lunch, she said. The last meal before going to bed (no snacking) is dinner, which I consume around 630 p.m.
Making an effort to eat healthily was a key component of the change for Richie. I have a lot of vegetables and high protein, she said. “I make every effort to stay away from any carbohydrates or sweets, but occasionally I treat myself.”
The daughter of Lionel Richie posted pictures of her workout on social media the same day. She was seen performing exercise circuits while wearing a weighted vest and using weights. Sofia also combined wall sits, mat work, and lunges and twists.

The fashion designer added, “You should do what feels best for your body. ” She then urged her audience to make decisions that would benefit them.
